2012 was a good year for me. I did a lot. More than I ever thought I could do in a year. I branched out of my box, made a lot of really amazing new friends and had fun. I challenged myself, succeeded and made the most out of my days. I also failed, but that's ok. I'm ok with failing. It's a part of life. I loved with my whole heart. I became a better version of myself.
And now here we are, on the cusp of 2013. I have exactly 15 weeks until the Boston Marathon, and I'm confident. I won't be breaking any records at the race, but that's fine. I'm ok with that.
I only have two resolutions for 2013 (so far).
- I will finish the Boston Marathon running and with a smile on my face.
- I will do my part to eliminate cancer in my lifetime.
I'm keeping it simple this year. And I hope you will continue to join me on this journey. Thank you so much for following along on my adventure, for your loving comments and for the friendships.
Happy New Year, friends!

have a great new year!!

You are awesome, and honestly inspiring me to get out and run even in the cold. It's not THAT bad & I can do it. Getting started is always the hardest. Can't wait to see you accomplish these goals!
